I’ve been dipping my toe into the YouTubes, as the they say, this fall.
YouTube is a great way to make things available to my students without repeating efforts on my part, and allows me to meet new people and maybe make content that is helpful for them, too! I’m a bit nervous about putting my whole self out on the internet, but the rewards have great potential to outweigh my insecurities about it.
I’ve been learning the ropes, and brushing up on my iMovie skills (that are nearly old enough to drink at this point), making some longer videos, a few mid-length tutorials, and shorts. I fell down and bought several advent calendars this fall, so I’ve been sharing those reveals on shorts, too, so others can see the pretty without the risk of ending up with a bunch of things they don’t make their hearts sing!
